Competitive neutrality investigation report

This AGCNCO investigation report was released on 7 June 2005.

The investigation resulted from a complaint that the pricing of Australia Post's transactional mail services, provided through EDI, does not comply with competitive neutrality principles. It was also alleged that EDI derives an advantage over its competitors through access to information about competitors' clients.
